Description

This 16" by 20" genuine walnut perpetual plaque has plenty of room to display the names of high achievers or award winners. It features space for one large emblem, a header engraving plate, and a max of 50 individual name plates ready to be engraved.

Included Options

Select from several engraved 4" disk options for your large emblem. Header and name plate engraving is included in the price! Just specify the artwork* you'd like to engrave in the Art Options selection and enter any text in the Engraving Text field. Then, enter the name plate text into the Perpetual Plate Engraving Text field, one name plate per line.

*A one time new artwork processing fee of up to $60 may apply. Existing custom art ("on file") and stock art do not incur this fee. New art submissions can be emailed to service@eagle-engraving.com.

Additional Options

You can choose to have your 4" disk replaced with a casting for an additional fee.
