Recognize the exemplary efforts of your staff with this perpetual plaque with 12 plates. It includes a spot for a 4" x 6" photo or a department patch. It'll hold 12 Perpetual Plates for one year's worth of honorees, mounted on a 10.5" x 13" genuine walnut or walnut finish plaque.
Included Options
Engraving on the Header Plate is included in the price. Just specify the artwork* you'd like to engrave in the Art Options selection and enter any text in the Engraving Text field.
All name plate engraving is included in the price, too; just fill the Perpetual Plate Engraving text entry field with the text you'd like engraved for up to 12 plates.
*A one time new artwork processing fee of up to $60 may apply. Existing custom art ("on file") and stock art do not incur this fee. New art submissions can be emailed to service@eagle-engraving.com.
